Reiki is a spiritual vibrational hands on healing practice that engages and supports your body's natural healing ability to return to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. The ancient practice originating in Japan, can assist anyone on their journey to wellness and offers a safe and suitable approach for all ages and levels of health. The practice brings fast relief from stress, pain and anxiety as well as assisting and providing strength to individuals suffering from medical conditions such as cancer by balancing the side effects of medication while undergoing radiation and chemotherapy treatment. Clients report a greater sense of wellbeing, improved sleep and digestion.
Level One Reiki Certification Next Date: Sunday June 27th/1010am - 5pm
This level one certification will explore the history of reiki, its benefits and uses as well as providing an attunement to activate your own healing energies. There will be time for practice and discussion. A manual is included in the price. (Please bring your own lunch and we appreciate your adhereing to our policies by refraining from bringing any meat products to the studio or on the premises.)
Level Two Reiki Certification Next Date: TBA 10am - 5pm includes manual
In this level you will learn how to send the reiki energy for distance healing. The attunement will include the symbols needed to perform this task. Again there will be time alloted for practice and discussion.

Reiki Exchange - Looking for a chance to use your energy. Join us for these exchange afternoons and share your passion and compassion with like- minded people. The gift of giving and receiving is available to to those who are practicing reiki, as well as to those wishing to experience a treatment.

Facilatator: Darlene Keyes - Darlene's personal background has provided her with knowledge in cognitive behaviour therapy, insight orientation to discover how the unconscious affects the present, and holotropic breath work also know as conscious connective breath work. She has studied with powerful healers and spirit keepers in sound therapy and shamanic healing that included medicine wheel, sacred sweat lodges, and drumming.
Darelene has journeyed to sacred sites in Peru to work with Shaman, as well as Sedona in Arizona to experience deep transformational experiences. Closer to home she loves to travel to the Thousand Islands in the St. Lawrence River and Algonquin Park while staying close to nature enjoying daily walks in her hometown of Jordan, Ontario.
Darlene has a disciplined daily self practice of reiki, meditation, yoga and journaling which she began in 2004. She still finds time to share her light, love and reiki with the cancer Patient Support Network, a non-profit organization in the Niagara Region. She is a current member of the Canadian Reiki Association.
