Join Michelle for this deep and gentle stretch as we listen to deeper layers of our body fascia, bones and marrow. In these classes we learn that by acknowledging  our willingness to heal,  both our  past and future are brought into harmony with the present. 

We will bring awareness to ancestral healing, re-patterning, and our original blueprints as we honor  them and integrate the healing into our lives. 

Postures are held for 3-5 minutes each, using breath as our main tool to create much needed space and allow fresh energy to move through the meridians of the body, removing blocks and stagnation, while replenishing our organs.
